Section 11516.7 - Alternate Assessments for Pupils with Disabilities(a) Pupils with disabilities who are unable to participate in the entire CELDT or a section of the test with variations, accommodations or modifications shall be administered alternate assessments for English language proficiency as set forth in the pupil's IEP.(b) Pupils who participate in the Test Program using alternate assessment procedures shall receive a score marked not valid for the sections of the test in which alternate assessments were administered.Cal.
