Section 11920 - Awarding of Grants(a) All applications will be ranked in accordance with their assessed score.(b) Grant awards will be awarded on the basis of an applicant's rank and any other factors established by Education Code section 8804.(c) If an LEA has been funded for an operational grant on behalf of an identified school, the LEA is not eligible for a subsequent operational grant for the same school.Cal.
