Section 3980 - Escondido Hydrologic Subarea, AmendmentThis amendment to the Comprehensive Water Quality Control Plan for the San Diego Region (Basin Plan) relaxes the ground water quality objectives for total dissolved solids (TDS) from 750 milligrams per liter (mg/l) to 1,000 mg/l and for sulfate from 300 mg/l to 400 mg/l in the Escondido Hydrologic Subarea (HSA) (HSA 4.62).
