Section 76515 - Advertising(a) No facility shall make, disseminate false or misleading statements, or advertise false claims regarding facilities and services provided or use the words "Approved by the California Department of Health Services" or use any words conveying the impression of approval in any advertising material.(b) The name or title "hospital" shall not be used by any intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled without a qualifying term such as convalescent, geriatrics, rehabilitation or nursing.Cal.
