Section 76503 - Consumer Information to be Posted(a) The following consumer information shall be conspicuously posted in the facility in a prominent location accessible to public view: (1) Name, license number and date of employment of the current facility's administrator.(2) A listing of all services and special programs provided in the facility and those provided through written contracts.(3) A notice that the facility's written admission and discharge policies are available upon request.(4) The most recent licensing visit report supported by the related follow-up plan of correction visit reports so that each page is readable.(5) The names and addresses of all previous owners.(6) A listing of all other skilled nursing and intermediate care facilities owned by the same person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or parent or subsidiary corporation, or a subsidiary of the parent corporation.(7) A statement that an action to revoke the facility's license is pending, if such an action has been initiated by the filing of an accusation, pursuant to Section 11503 of the Government Code, and the accusation has been served on the licensee.Cal.
