Section 19096 - Ballot Status(a) The county elections official shall send the status of each VBM, provisional, and CVR ballot to the statewide voter registration system in near real time for each voter that has participated in a specific election.(b) The county elections official shall resolve the "In Review" status of each VBM, provisional, and CVR ballot and send the final adjudication to the statewide voter registration system no later than the 31st day after the election.Cal.
