If a county chooses to change EMS vendors and contract with a different certified EMS vendor, the county shall:
(a) Notify the Secretary of State Elections Division Help Desk in writing as soon as practicable prior to commencing services with the different certified EMS vendor; and(b) Coordinate with the Secretary of State Elections Division Help Desk and the different certified EMS vendor during the transition to ensure system and data integrity.Cal.
