Section 547.57.1 - Removal of Names from a LEAP-Referral List(a) Notwithstanding section 547.57, names on LEAP-referral lists may be removed in the following circumstances: (1) When notice of certification on the LEAP-referral list is returned as not deliverable at the candidate's last known address.(2) Upon receipt by the Department or appointing power of a written request from the candidate that his or her name be removed.Cal.
