1. Repealer of chapter 15, article 1, sections 2200-2208 and appendices A and B, filed 2-7-2001; operative 3-9-2001. The conflict of interest code for the State Fire Marshal has been incorporated into the conflict of interest code for the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (title 14, section 890).
