Section 30464 - Requirements for Radiography Permits(a) A radiography supervisor and operator permit issued by the Department shall be required of any licentiate of the healing arts who does one or more of the following: (1) Actuates or energizes radiography X-ray equipment.(2) Supervises one or more certified diagnostic radiologic technologists.(3) Supervises one or more XTs.(4) Supervises students in an approved school when the student is operating radiography X-ray equipment.Cal.
