Section 22070 - Registered Certifying Agent Seal, Logo, or Other Identifying MarkA registered certifying agent under this Subchapter may establish a seal, logo, or other identifying mark to be used by a manufacturer certified by the certifying agent to indicate affiliation with the registered certifying agent provided that the registered certifying agent:
(1) Does not require as a condition of OCal certification use of its seal, logo, or other identifying mark on any product sold, labeled, or represented as OCal, and(2) Does not require as a condition of use of its identifying mark compliance with any manufacturing practices other than those provided for in this Subchapter.Cal.
