Section 3167 - Approved Absences(a) If an administrator-in-training is unable to participate in training for more than 20 consecutive working days, such nonparticipation shall be reported in writing to the Board. A vacation, a leave for military training, or any other planned absence of more than 20 consecutive working days shall be reported in advance. An illness or any other type of unanticipated absence of more than 20 consecutive working days shall be reported as soon as possible after training is resumed.(b) Unless reported to and approved by the Board, an absence of more than 20 consecutive working days or a cumulative total of more than 40 working days may constitute grounds for disallowance for training credit or for withdrawal of program approval.Cal.
