Section 1399.305 - Officers(a) The election of a president and vice president shall be held annually at the last regularly-scheduled meeting of the board during the calendar year. The newly-elected officers shall assume office on the first day of the calendar year following the election.(b) In the case of a vacancy occurring in either of the offices, the vacancy may be filled at any regular or specially-called meeting. The member filling the vacancy shall serve the remainder of the one year term.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 1399.305
