Upon approval of the county's application by the Department and execution of a contract, funds shall be disbursed in accordance with a schedule established by the Department.
(a) Requests for fund payments shall include such supporting documentation as may be required by the Department and, in the event of deficiencies in the request, the county shall be notified by the Department of the deficiencies.(b) Fund payments shall be made in arrears during construction.Cal.
