Section 3740 - Release from Revocation or Limited Placement

Upon a supervised person's release from local custody, an institution, facility, or sanction imposed program their assigned parole agent shall assist the supervised person to return to their previous parole program or to develop a new program based upon their particular needs or Board of Parole Hearings imposed sanction.
