Section 3359.8 - End of Life Option Act Exemption. [Renumbered]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3359.8

1. New section filed 6-21-2016 as an emergency; operative 6-21-2016 (Register 2016, No. 26). Pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.3, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-28-2016 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-21-2016 order, including nonsubstantive amendment of section, transmitted to OAL 11-16-2016 and filed 12-29-2016 (Register 2016, No. 53).
3. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 3359.8 to new subsection 3999.200(e) filed 8-6-2018 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2018, No. 32).
