Section 13317 - Notice by Executive Director(a) Within 5 working days of receipt of the notice of permit issuance, the executive director of the commission shall post a description of the development to the commission's website.(b) Within 7 working days of receipt of the notice of permit issuance, the executive director of the commission shall forward to all known interested persons a description of the development, on a form prescribed by the executive director of the commission, in a manner reasonably calculated to allow time for review of the development and filing of appeals.Cal.
