Section 11714 - Notification of Executive Director's Decision(a) If the Executive Director approves a Notice of Intent to Proceed, he or she shall notify the project sponsor in writing of the approval and shall include a copy of the applicable regionwide permit with the written approval.(b) If the Executive Director disapproves a Notice of Intent to Proceed, he or she shall notify the project sponsor in writing of the disapproval and the reasons for the disapproval.Cal.
