Section 11303 - Referral to the Attorney General by the Commission or the Executive Director(a) A violation of any one of the following shall be grounds for the referral of the violation by the Commission or the Executive Director to the Attorney General's Office without the Commission's having issued either a cease and desist order or a permit revocation order: (1) the McAteer-Petris Act,(2) the Suisun Marsh Preservation Act,(3) the Federal Coastal Zone Management Act, or(4) a term or condition of a Commission permit.(b) In addition, a violation of either a Commission cease and desist order or a Commission permit revocation order shall also be grounds for the referral of the violation by either the Commission or the Executive Director to the Attorney General's Office.(c) A referral made to the Attorney General's Office pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) may include any other unresolved, alleged violation including those of the type enumerated in Section 11390.Cal.
