Section 330.54 - Refusal to Issue, Suspension, Revocation or Cancellation of a License(a) In addition to the conditions specified in Sections 11405 and 11408 of the Vehicle Code, the department may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue a license to act as a registration service for any of the following reasons: (1) The registration service wrote a check to the department that was thereafter dishonored when presented for payment.(2) The registration service violated any of the provisions contained in this Article.(b) A registration service license may be canceled by the department when the license was issued through error.Cal.
