Section 226.50 - Training Requirements(a) The Interstate Carrier Program partner shall attend the department's International Registration Plan System training at the partner's expense.(b) The Interstate Carrier Program partner shall train their designated employee to perform all services and tasks associated with the Interstate Carrier Program.(c) The Interstate Carrier Program partner shall not develop procedures in conflict with the training provided by the department.Cal.
