(a) A final review and report shall be made by the agency with the primary responsibility for investigating the case as required by section 930.51 of these regulations and shall include:(1) final disposition of the case including any action taken by that agency and the status of the victim(s) and suspect(s);(2) all evidence identified and collected;(3) completion of all mandated reporting requirement forms.(b) A copy of the final report shall be made available upon request to any person or agency authorized under subdivision (b) of Penal Code section 11167.5.(c) Interested parties shall be informed, upon written request, of the outcome of the investigation.Cal.
