Rule 033.00.75-001 - Rules and Regulations

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CONTRACTORS LICENSING BOARD PROMULGATED PURSUANT TO ACT 150 OF 1965

1. Regular meetings of the Board shall be held in the office of the Board, Room 350, Gazette Building, Little Rock, Arkansas, at 9:00 a.m. on the first Monday of February and August. Special meetings of the Board may be held upon call of the Chairman or a majority of the Board. Each member of the Board shall be given notice of any special meeting at least 48 hours prior thereto.

2. Applications for licenses shall be filed on forms furnished by the Board and shall be supported by such data as the Board may determine is necessary to enable it to pass upon an applicant's qualifications.

3. Every financial statement required of an applicant shall bear the certificate of a Certified Public Accountant or Registered Public Accountant.

4. An application for a license shall not be considered until the required fee shall have been paid.
