Rule 033.00.16-002 - Regulation 224-25-5-8 Financial Requirements(b) Limited License Residential Remodelers, Limited License Residential Specialty Contractors (1) No financial statement shall be required. A contractor holding a Limited License is not authorized to perform a project if the cost of the work to be done in the State of Arkansas, including, without limitation, labor and material, is $50,000 or more.033.00.16 Ark.
