RULES FOR LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS, PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES, ALARM SYSTEMS COMPANIES, POLYGRAPH EXAMINERS, AND VOICE STRESS ANALYSIS EXAMINERS

SECTION 5.GENERAL RULES OF OPERATION AND; COMPLIANCE

Rule 5.8.Required Company Information Display - All contracts, bid sheets, invoices, and/or bills given to a customer or client shall contain the company name and license number. At all times a licensee is engaged in an activity regulated by this subchapter, the licensee shall display, on all advertising and marketing materials, including, but not limited to, letterhead, printed advertisements, electronic media advertisements, decals, and yard signs, the company name and either its license number or a statement referring to a website or toll free number to obtain licensing information. All contracts, bid sheets, invoices, and/or bills given to a customer or client shall contain, in a conspicuous place, the following statement:
