It is unlawful for a person, other than a youth, to hunt ducks, geese, mergansers, and coots during the special youth waterfowl hunt (Addendum B1.13). Shooting hours and bag limits are the same as the regular waterfowl season.
EXCEPTION: Addendum B1.15.
PENALTY: Class 1
