4 A.A.C. 48, formerly contained the rules of the Arizona Uniform Plumbing Code Commission. This Commission was terminated on July 1, 2007, under sunset law A.R.S. §§ 41-3007.06 and 41-2955. Laws 2007, Ch. 15 amended A.R.S. § 9-801, repealing the "state plumbing code" as established in A.R.S. § 41-619. Accordingly, the rules of this Commission have been removed from the Code under A.R.S. § 41-1011(C) (Supp. 09-1).
