Section 22 AAC 30.080 - Renewal application review; approval or denial; request for review of denial(a) Review of an application for renewal of provider approval by the Sex Offender Treatment Committee and the department, and approval or denial of the application, will be conducted in the manner provided in 22 AAC 30.050 for an application for initial provider approval.(b) Review of denial of a renewal application may be requested as provided in 22 AAC 30.060(a).
