Section 20 AAC 17.080 - Educational credentials(a) A certificate or diploma may be issued to a student only upon successful completion of the published requirements of the course of study.(b) An appropriate certificate or diploma may be issued for an individual subject or a combination of subjects completed.(c) An institution shall issue an academic transcript of all credits or work completed upon written request by the student.
