Section 17 AAC 95.130 - Contract claims
(a) If a contract awarded under this chapter contains a dispute resolution procedure, any claim by the contractor against the authority arising from the contract shall be resolved under the procedures contained in the contract.
(b) If a contract awarded under this chapter does not contain a dispute resolution procedure, a contractor may file with the authority a claim concerning a contract controversy. The contractor shall certify that the claim is made in good faith, the supporting data is accurate and complete, and the amount requested as a result of the controversy accurately reflects the amount for which the contractor believes the authority is liable.
(c) If a claim filed with the authority under (b) of this section cannot be resolved by agreement, the authority will request the Office of Administrative Hearings to conduct an administrative hearing under AS 44.64.030(b). A decision by the Office of Administrative Hearings on the claim is the authority's final administrative decision on the claim.
