Section 950-1-1-.07 - Organizational Structure/Method Of Operation

The Department is organized and broken into major responsibility units known as Divisions, as determined by the Director. The Board of Youth Services sets all policies of the Department and it is the responsibility and duty of the Director to carry out the policies as set by the Board.
