The Director of the State Regulatory Authority shall file his or her statement with the Director of the Office of Surface Mining pursuant to Part 7 0 5 of Chapter VII of the Code of Federal Regulations. All other employees, as provided in Rule 880-X-2C-.06, shall file their statement with the Director of the State Regulatory Authority or his or her authorized designee.
