Section 825-X-1-.06 - Other Provisions

(1) Day to Day Operations. The Commission has authority to hire persons to assist in handling day to day operations.

(2) Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Commission shall commence on the first day of October and end on the last day of September of each year.

(3) Parliamentary Authority. Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised shall be the parliamentary authority for all meetings of the Commission for matters of procedure not specifically addressed by these Operating Rules.

(4) Amendments to Operating Rules. The Commission may amend, revise, alter, or rescind these Operating Rules, in whole or in part, by a simple majority vote of the total number of members present at any meeting, provided that ten (10) days written notice of the intent to amend, revise, alter or rescind is given to each current member of the Commission, along with the proposed and current Operating Rules language.
