Section 770-X-8-.08 - New Source Of Supply

(1) When any utility proposes to use water from a new or different source of supply, it shall be required to obtain approval from the Commission. Before such approval can be obtained, the utility shall be required to furnish a permit from the State Board of Health approving the use of a new supply.
