Section 770-X-4-.13 - Reparation Statements

When the Commission finds that reparation is due, but that the exact amount cannot be ascertained upon the record before it, the complainant or petitioner shall prepare a statement, showing details of the shipment on which reparation is claimed. The statement should not include any shipment not covered by the Commission's findings, or any shipment on which the complaint or petition was not filed with the Commission within the statutory period. The statement must show that a copy thereof has been submitted to the defendant or defendants, respondent or respondents affected for verification. When such statement has been properly verified the Commission will consider the entry of an order for reparation.
