Such voltage studies may be accomplished through any combination of the use of recording volt-meters, computerized programs designed to calculate system voltage conditions, and/or any other generally accepted utility practice which will ensure actual voltage records. All voltage study records shall be available for inspection by the Commission, or anyone authorized by the Commission, for a period of at least one year.
