Section 770-X-3-.09 - Tests Upon Request Of Consumer
(1) Each utility shall, without charge, make a test of the accuracy of registration of a meter upon the request of a customer, provided that:
(a) The customer does not request such test more frequently than once in 12 months and
(b) Any customer requesting a meter test within 12 months of a previous test shall pay the costs of such test if the test results prove the meter to be satisfactorily accurate as provided in these Rules.
(2) A written summary report, indicating the results of such test, shall be:
(a) Provided to the customer, and
(b) A copy of this report and a complete record of such test shall be kept on file at the office of the utility for a period of at least two years, and
(c) If requested by a customer or his representative, a written technical report indicating the test procedures and detailed results shall be provided.
