Section 770-X-11-.05 - Reports

(1) Annual Reports - Each pipeline carrier shall file with the Commission, within 90 days after the close of its fiscal year, its annual report on forms supplied by the Commission, provided, however, that:

(a) The carrier's Alabama intrastate transportation revenue shall be shown as a separate item.

(b) If the carrier's fiscal year does not end on December 31, the transportation revenue shall be shown for each month.

(2) Special Reports - If a pipeline carrier is sold or if a controlling interest in a pipeline carrier is sold, a special report shall be filed with the Commission within 60 days after the transaction. This report shall provide a description of the transaction, the identity of the new owner(s), and any changes in the carrier's location or address.
