Section 770-X-11-.01 - Scope And Definition

These Rules and Regulations shall govern every person who operates, as a common carrier or for hire, any pipeline for the transportation of oil, gas or other commodity in intrastate commerce in Alabama (Such persons are called "pipeline carriers" in these Rules and Regulations).
