Section 770-X-10-.17-3-10-.08 - Stopped Vehicles Not To Interfere With Other Traffic(1) No motor vehicle shall be stopped, parked, or left standing, whether attended or unattended, upon the traveled portion of the highway. In the event that conditions make it impracticable to move such motor vehicle from the traveled portion of the highway, the driver shall make every effort to leave all possible width of the highway opposite the standing vehicle for the free passage of other vehicles and he shall take care to provide clear view of the standing vehicle as far as possible to the front and rear.(2) No motor vehicle shall be slowed to a speed whereby the normal flow of traffic is obstructed or stopped in a traffic lane while waiting for an opportunity to move into another parallel traffic lane, or while waiting for an opportunity to make a turn which can be made properly only from another parallel traffic lane.Ala.
