Section 770-X-10-.17-3-.01 - Applicable Operating Rules

Every motor vehicle must be operated in accordance with these rules and in accordance with the provisions of Title 32, Chapters 5 and 5a, Code of Ala. 1975, (Rules of the Road) and the ordinances and regulations of any county or municipality in which it is being operated.
