Section 770-X-10-.09-.06 - Time For Filing

(1) ANNUAL REPORTS. Annual reports as required herein shall be filed in the office of the Alabama Public Service Commission, Montgomery, Alabama, on or before April 30 of the year following the year to which it relates.
