Section 770-X-10-.09-.01 - Applicability

All Alabama intrastate motor carriers subject to the jurisdiction of this Commission are hereby required to file annual and, in certain cases, quarterly reports showing the results of their operations in accordance with the requirements of this 770-X-10-.09.
