Section 770-X-10-.06-.06 - Agency Or Joint Schedules Prohibited

Except as provided in Rule 770-X-10-.06 -1(a) or .770-X-10-.06 -5(f), a contract carrier may not participate in a schedule or tariff issued by another carrier or agent.
