Section 770-X-10-.05-.07 - Rules Governing The Tariff

All rules, regulations or other provisions which affect the rates or charges named in the tariff shall be designated by number and worded in a clear and concise manner. Where it is not desirable or practical to include the governing rules and regulations in the rate tariff, such rules and regulations may be published in other tariffs filed with the Commission by a carrier or an agent, provided specific reference is made in the rate tariff to such other tariff in the manner set forth in 770-X-10-.05 -.04 (g).
