Section 770-X-10-.01-.01 - Scope And Repealer

The rules and regulations hereinafter set forth shall govern persons subject to the Alabama Motor Carrier Act, as amended, whether such persons hold a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, a permit, a license or a certificate of registration issued by this Commission or whether such persons hold no such authority, except the rules limited in application to a class or to classes of such persons shall govern only such class or classes of persons.
