Section 760-X-1-.13 - Driver License Examinations: Required To Be Given By Agent Of The Department Of Public Safety
(1)Code of Ala. 1975, §3263, requires an unlicensed driver to be given an examination by a duly authorized agent of the Director of Public Safety, and the applicant must pass the examination before receiving a driver license.
(2) Any person who presents himself to a duly authorized agent of the Director of Public Safety, Probate Judge's Office or Licensed Commissioner's Office and conceals his identity unlawfully and fraudulently or assists or aids another in unlawfully and fraudulently concealing his identify, shall be in violation of this rule and shall have his driver license suspended for a period of sixty (60) days and may be punished under Code of Ala. 1975, § 32-6-18

(C) and (E).
