Section 580-1-1-.01 - Department Of Mental Health And Mental Retardation

The Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation is a department of state government as provided by Code of Ala. 1975, § 22-50-2, and is composed of the state mental health and mental retardation commissioner and such divisions and administrative sections as the mental health and mental retardation commissioner may direct.
