Section 560-X-1-.23 - Payments

(1) All payments shall be subject to the availability of appropriated funds for the Alabama Medicaid Program.

(2) Notwithstanding anything in this code to the contrary, in the event of proration of state funds available to the Alabama Medicaid Program, payment for Medicaid benefits shallbe made in accordance with provisions of the Alabama State Plan for Medical Assistance.
