Section 482-1-156-.03 - Severability

If any provision of this chapter, or the application of the provision to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter, and the application of the provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected, and to that end the provisions of this chapter are separable.
